One of my friends got this toy and I love it! It's very cute, and I love the little noises it makes.
Here are answers to the questions there have been confusion about:
1. Does it have and off switch? Yes, It's nose turns it off and on.
2.Does it get stuck in your hair? That hasn't happened to my friend but I've heard it can. So I would just suggest not holding it near your head, or turning it off first. :)
3. Does it pinch your hand? That hasn't happened to me, but I've noticed if you just hold it near the front, pick it up from the top, or turn it off first, you shouldn't have any problems.
4. Does it need new batteries when you first get it? From what I've heard yes, because kids in the store will wear it out by using *try me*. They require 2 TRIPLE A BATTERIES each.
5. WHY DOES IT COST SO MUCH? It doesn't cost that much at all stores, if you watch Amazon, it lowers very now and then, but I would suggest going to ToysRus where you can get it for only $9.99!
6. What surfaces can it go on? I know it goes well on flat surfaces, We even played with it in the driveway and on my scooter ramp! *I wouldn't suggest using the white one outside because It would probably get dirty.*
7. Will the zhu zhus get stuck? Sometimes they will, but all you have to do is pick them up and put them back down. It's no big deal.
These aren't exactly like real hamsters, and keep in mind that the top is soft, but the bottom is hard.
They're really cute, and It's fun to test out different homemade ramps too. I would definitely suggest getting one! (But at ToysRus)
